I thought cars couldn't travel on walls and roofs. After crossout, the inhabitants of the valley could not return to giant structures made of concrete and glass. Some are really difficult to find, and i recommend you zoom the camera out and look around at weird angles, just to scour every point at the location. Most cameras require a car.
